We conducted an ROI analysis to support our client in their intent to involve outside investors in the funding of their projects. We examined every transaction made over a ten-year period and updated the model to reflect the latest three years.

OBJECTIVES

  • Create and update all properties with financial data as available
  • Build out summary level analysis with dynamic views
  • Assist in preparation of investor presentation materials as needed

SOLUTIONS

  • Updated previous projects with final 2019 data, created additional project tabs for 2019-2022 data, and updated the template
  • Added new project categories and updated formulas for the weighted average vs. average of averages
  • Ensured uniformity of template design across all workbooks
  • Built dynamic tables that were suitable for investor presentations
