Job Description:

We are assisting our Grapevine, TX client in a search for an M&A Customer Service Manager. This position will be responsible for managing and supporting the transition of newly acquired customers to maintain customer satisfaction.


  • Assist M&A team in due diligence to ensure smooth customer transition.
  • Act as backstop of support for all customer service escalation issues.
  • Develop training and customer service call scripts and manage customer service KPIs.
  • Deliver performance reviews and conduct individual progress meetings.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience.
  • 4+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
