We are assisting our Grapevine, TX client in a search for an M&A Customer Service Manager. This position will be responsible for managing and supporting the transition of newly acquired customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist M&A team in due diligence to ensure smooth customer transition.
- Act as backstop of support for all customer service escalation issues.
- Develop training and customer service call scripts and manage customer service KPIs.
- Deliver performance reviews and conduct individual progress meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
