Job Description:
We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in a search for a Senior Corporate Paralegal. This position will be responsible for supporting the legal department of the company with filings, documentation, legal research and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for SEC filings on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Prepare corporate governance documents and draft contracts.
- Conduct legal research to support business agreement drafting.
- Support General Counsel with legal research.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Paralegal certification.
- Experience in real estate or energy industries preferred.
