Job Description:
We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in a search for a Senior Accountant. This position will be responsible for SEC reporting, among a variety of other accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports, including MD&A analyses.
Internal SOX-type compliance.
Assist with annual external audit process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
5+ years of relevant SEC reporting or technical accounting experience.
Experience in the oil & gas industry preferred, but not required.
Advanced Excel skills required. Experience using Enertia accounting software preferred.
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
