Job Description:

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in a search for a Chief Operations Officer. This position will be responsible for organizational design, overseeing the P&L, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the P&L for the company
• Manage the organizational design of the company, ensuring the organization is properly structured for success.
• Support M&A efforts of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced degree preferred, but not required.
• 10+ years of experience in an operations management role.
• Experience in the metals industry required.
