Job Description:

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in a search for a Learning Management System Administrator. This position will be responsible for providing technical expertise and developing reports in the Learning Management System.


  • Monitor the LMS inbox and respond to open inquiries.
  • Handle new user setup and troubleshoot user access issues.
  • Provide various levels of technical support.
  • Develop course cirriculum and ensure integrity through testing and analysis.
  • Develop LMS system reports.
  • Work closely with HR to keep updated records and make changes as needed to reflect personnel changes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
