We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in a search for a Learning Management System Administrator. This position will be responsible for providing technical expertise and developing reports in the Learning Management System.
- Monitor the LMS inbox and respond to open inquiries.
- Handle new user setup and troubleshoot user access issues.
- Provide various levels of technical support.
- Develop course cirriculum and ensure integrity through testing and analysis.
- Develop LMS system reports.
- Work closely with HR to keep updated records and make changes as needed to reflect personnel changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
