We are assisting our Coppell, TX client in a search for a Customer Service Manager. This position is responsible for addressing customer questions and complaints and informing customers about a variety of products.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and elevate critical issues to upper management.
- Maintain record of customer interactions and resolutions.
- High school diploma required.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
