Job Description:

We are assisting our Coppell, TX client in a search for a Customer Service Manager. This position is responsible for addressing customer questions and complaints and informing customers about a variety of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and elevate critical issues to upper management.
  • Maintain record of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
