Staff Accountant

Job Description:

We are assisting our Grapevine, TX client in a search for a Staff Accountant. This position will be responsible for recording journal entries and conducting cost accounting. The ideal candidate will work well independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record payroll for small group of employees.
• Conduct cost accounting responsibilities.
• Process accounts payable.
• Support the month-end close process by recording journal entries and conducting reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• QuickBooks software experience.
