We are assisting our Farmers Branch, TX client in a search for an Accounts Receivable & Office Administrator. This hybrid role will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers and providing general office support while assisting with accounting tasks. This role will be responsible for invoicing customers and providing sales support through order management.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide customer service when needed.
- Provide sales support by tracking deliveries and ensuring orders are fulfilled.
- Invoice customers for sales orders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience using QuickBooks preferred, but not required.
- Wholesale/manufacturing industry experience preferred.
