Job Description:

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in a search for a Client Support Analyst. This position will be responsible for monitoring incoming communications from clients and addressing issues as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor support inboxes, responding to inquiries where appropriate and escalating issues to management team when necessary.
  • Track client requests, from inquiry to completion.
  • Collect documents from investor portal and format documents for upload.
  • Update database regularly with contact information, report information, and more.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality deliverables.
  • Ability to multitask.
