Job Description:
We are assisting our Irving, TX client in a search for an Order Entry Specialist. This role will be responsible for entering orders and preparing invoices. This role will also be responsible for processing credit card payments.
Responsibilities:
- Process credit card payments and address any issues directly with customers.
- Enter orders in ERP system and develop shipping reports to provide sales support.
- Prepare invoices for orders.
- Develop report of open orders and returns.
- Ensure proper reconciliations of credit card accounts and returns.
- Provide sales support by addressing problems with inventory and shipping.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in high-volume data entry.
- Proficiency using MS Excel.
- Experience using order processing systems.
