Job Description:

We are assisting our Irving, TX client in a search for an Order Entry Specialist. This role will be responsible for entering orders and preparing invoices. This role will also be responsible for processing credit card payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Process credit card payments and address any issues directly with customers.
  • Enter orders in ERP system and develop shipping reports to provide sales support.
  • Prepare invoices for orders.
  • Develop report of open orders and returns.
  • Ensure proper reconciliations of credit card accounts and returns.
  • Provide sales support by addressing problems with inventory and shipping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in high-volume data entry.
  • Proficiency using MS Excel.
  • Experience using order processing systems.
