Senior Accountant

Job Description:

We are assisting our Dallas, Texas client in search for a Senior Accountant. This role will be responsible for performing numerous accounting and financial activities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries.
• Prepare state sales tax returns.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Manage monthly accruals.
• File annual reports.
• Manage vendors in the AP system.
• Assist with cost accounting.
• Manage commissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Account reconciliation experience.
• Strong excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
