Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst

Job Description:

We are assisting our Dallas, Texas client in search for an Underwriting Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing support related to commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze investment opportunities.
• Create Financial analyses for acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare memos.
• Prepare debt collection packages.
• Analyze all factors that impact investment decisions.
• Lead the acquisitions closing processes.
• Assist with property financing and portfolio optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or real estate.
• Knowledge of real estate terms.
• Knowledge of finance concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
