Job Description:
We are assisting our Dallas, Texas client in search for a Portfolio Management Analyst. This role will be responsible for analyzing data and preparing various reports.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the performance of assigned investment portfolio.
- Prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting, and benchmarking.
- Prepare various financial models.
- Implement new technologies, applications, and programs.
- Provide support for new acquisitions.
- Coordinate refinancing as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 1+ year of experience in portfolio management.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to create models.
- Excellent communication skills.
