Cash Analyst

Job Description:

We are assisting our Irving, Texas client in search for a Cash Analyst. This role will be responsible for monitoring and managing cash flow for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Record cash entries and wire payments.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts receivable.
• Reconcile cash reports.
• Maintain vendor files.
• Create AP reports.
• Prepare checks for deposits.
• Process wire payments in Yardi.
• Process voided checks and invoice reversals.
• Follow up with aging AR.
• Research bank errors.
• Prepare and distribute monthly aging AR reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of cash management experience.
• AP and treasury knowledge.
• CPA is a plus.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel.
