Job Description:
We are assisting our Fort Worth, TX client in search for a Tax Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the process of preparing and filing federal and state tax returns.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review income tax returns.
- Mentor and train staff.
- Monitor the performance of the tax team.
- Review tax forms and financial statements.
- Oversee accounting processes in relation to taxes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of income tax preparation.
- Proficient with QuickBooks preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
