Job Description:
We are assisting our Richardson, TX client in search for a Sr. Billing Analyst. This role will be responsible for the billing process of projects.

We are assisting our Richardson, TX client in search for a Sr. Billing Analyst. This role will be responsible for the billing process of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare final invoice packages.
- Communicate with Project Managers regarding any documents, changes, or modifications/approvals.
- Pursue opportunities to maximize customer billing.
- Research any unbilled issues.
- Reconcile variances that occur in the application of cash.
- Distribute weekly receivable reports.
- Set up new projects.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Implement process improvements to the billing cycle.
- Provide interim and year-end support of auditor requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- 3+ years of billing and receivable experience.
- 2-3 years of AR experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
