We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in search for a Capital Markets Associate. This role will be responsible for financial modeling, capital raising, valuation, and property performance analysis.

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in search for a Capital Markets Associate. This role will be responsible for financial modeling, capital raising, valuation, and property performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain property development operating models and valuations.
- Evaluate acquisition/investment opportunities.
- Assist with new investments and draft an investment committee memoranda.
- Develop annual budgets.
- Assist with activities related to debt capital raising.
- Analyze property-level financing options.
- Finance degree in economics or finance.
- 2-3 years of finance experience in Big 4, investment banking or real estate.
- Experience in a private equity real estate fund preferred.
- Strong Excel modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
