We are assisting our Richardson, TX client in search for a Director of Financial Reporting and Insights. This role will be responsible for providing financial decision support and analysis.

We are assisting our Richardson, TX client in search for a Director of Financial Reporting and Insights. This role will be responsible for providing financial decision support and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide input regarding financial business decisions.
- Develop financial KPI’s and automate reports.
- Manage all financial reports and dashboards.
- Provide financial variance reviews against budget and forecast.
- Asses monthly forecasts.
- Prepare operating reports.
- Reconcile variances in operational and financial data points.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 10+ years of finance experience.
- 3-5 years of a director or manager role.
- Private equity experience preferred.
