We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in search for a Controller. This role will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all accounting functions as well as managing the accounting staff.

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in search for a Controller. This role will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all accounting functions as well as managing the accounting staff.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accounting information in NetSuite
- Manage the integration of accounting information from acquired companies.
- Manage accounting manager and staff.
- Lead the month and year-end close process.
- Assist with tax returns and audits.
- Prepare and record assets, liability, revenue and expenses.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Proven record of building accounting team.
- 10+ years of work experience with management experience.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
