About the VIP Salary Guide

Since our inception, VIP has published our annual Salary Guide to help employers remain competitive in their industry and region. In preparing the guide, we tap our deeply rooted networks to identify the latest hiring and workplace trends. 

The salary figures in the 2024 edition are based on a number of sources, most notably the multitude of full-time, temporary and project placements our finance and accounting recruiting & staffing professionals make each year.
