DALLAS, TX – February 25, 2020 – VIP is honored to announce the promotion of Ashley Wiley and Lannie Morgan to Associate Partners overseeing Executive Recruiting at the firm.
Ashley Wiley joined VIP in May of 2015 as an Executive Recruiter, leveraging her experience in accounting and audit roles. She has placed candidates in the areas of accounting, finance, human resources, information technology and more, from entry-level through C-Suite. She has served an impressive client list in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, legal, and construction. She has a keen ability to identify candidate strengths and help communicate them to employers in need of top talent. She pursues well-rounded candidates that not only fit the bill for technical skill, but also possess the necessary traits to seamlessly integrate into the company’s culture.
Lannie Morgan joined VIP in December of 2015 as an Executive Recruiter, bringing more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition. He has placed candidates in accounting & finance, information technology, human resources and systems support roles. In his tenure, Lannie has been instrumental in serving clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, hospitality, medical, and legal. He has an innate ability to quickly find candidates to fill roles without sacrificing quality, enabling his clients to maintain stability and momentum.
