VIP’s Executive Coaching programs are based on methodology developed by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an International Coaching Federation-accredited institute.

The 6 to 8-month Energy Leadership program is available for teams or individuals seeking to improve communication, increase employee engagement, and enhance productivity.

STEP ONE: The ELI 360 Assessment measures your Average Resonating Level (ARL), which reflects your current level of self-awareness.
