BACKGROUND

Our client tasked us with producing a 5-year model to support financing an acquisition strategy. Our client had acquired multiple entities with similar profit centers that had not been integrated and intended to acquire additional incremental revenue. The model required organic growth, inorganic growth, synergy inputs, and outputs that would inform profit center-level modeling as well as consolidated covenant compliance on 18 criteria.
