  • $30M Health Care Client: In preparation of first year audit, drafted new set of financials and prepared journal entries to ensure GAAP compliance, built supporting schedules and coordinated audit request responses
  • $6M B2B Client: Replaced outgoing Controller, prepared all journal entries for corporate month-end close, cleaned up financials and condensed Balance Sheet and Income Statement for bank presentation, implemented improved AP & AR processes, created cashflow projection to improve decision-making
  • International Bank Client: Implemented new inventory/accounting software
  • Beverage Distr. Client: Led project to research and clean-up historic financial information between two accounting systems for a pre-acquisition client.

PROJECTS

  • Developed A/R tracking and analysis process which uncovered $1.4M in missing aged receivables.
  • Amount, once deemed unrecoverable, was received after a three-month collection effort.
  • Successfully led understaffed team through re-work of insufficient Financials
