This will primarily consist of quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, etc.) and periodic reporting for debt compliance and other purposes.
This position will perform diversified tax assignments working more independently under the direction of manager or partner and lead engagements including organizing and coordinating clients’ tax data for the accurate, timely completion of individual tax returns and simple-to moderately-complex corporate, partnership, S-corp, and trust tax returns.
The position will be responsible for ensuring Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) are properly applied to a variety of complex issues in a retail business environment.
