This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for those properties including revenue, billing, owner relations, etc. This position will report to one of two Accounting Seniors as a part of the Accounting department.
The Senior Manager of Technical Accounting is responsible for performing technical accounting research and preparing memos/whitepaper documentation for technical accounting matters affecting the Company. This position would also assist as needed with other projects/tasks to the extent time allows, but the primary focus would be technical accounting.
The Financial Reporting Manager position is responsible for organizing, directing, and completing all external financial reporting obligations of the Company. This will primarily consist of quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, etc.) and periodic reporting for debt compliance and other purposes.
This position will manage accounts receivable business-to-business collections. This position will also perform data entry and administrative duties, and other accounts receivable duties, as assigned.

The AR Specialist provides accounts receivable and accounting support for Sales and customers, including order entry, credit card processing and problem resolution. This position will perform diversified tax assignments working more independently under the direction of manager or partner and lead engagements including organizing and coordinating clients’ tax data for the accurate, timely completion of individual tax returns and simple-to moderately-complex corporate, partnership, S-corp, and trust tax returns.
The Trust Accounting Manager will work closely with the SVP Trust Accounting to help develop, maintain, and manage the personnel, policies, procedures, internal controls, and financial records of the Trusts. This person should be a well-rounded accounting leader with the ability to be hands-on, drive change, and suggest/execute on process improvements. The Trust Accounting Manager is responsible for all technical accounting and compliance with US GAAP standards, especially asset management, revenue recognition, expense allocation, and partnership accounting.
This position involves supervising the workflow of any Staff on the engagement. Performance is judged based on the quality of work, application of accounting knowledge, and ability to meet time and budget constraints.
The Yardi System Supervisor is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and improving the company’s Yardi system, providing training to users to effectively utilize the system and resolving tickets to solve user issues. The Yardi System Supervisor reports to the Controller and will work closely with the Property and Regional Managers, as well as Accounting and Compliance staff.
The Promotion Support Specialist will be responsible for the coordination of cost support and promotional activities across new and existing items within their assigned support team by working extensively with Merchandising & Marketing. Key activities performed in this role are related to the collection and set up of cost support documentation as well as promotions.
